Shipping policy

 

standard shipping time is 1-7 days. all items with special shipping times are listed with shipping dates in the descriptions. 

all pre-made orders will ship 1-3 days.

*please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the destination country.

 

my package was stolen, damaged, or lost in transit, what can i do?
Normify is not responsible for any packages after they have been shipped out.
if your package has been damaged in transit we suggest to reach out to the postal carrier to file a dispute. all usa packaged are covered with $100 insurance.

I entered the wrong address or ordered the wrong size, what can i do?
if your order hasn't been shipped yet, we will gladly change your address, or switch the size if its available. if your order has already been shipped there is nothing we can do.
