how long will it take to ship my order?

we know you're just as excited as we are, and we really appreciate your patience! all pre-made orders are sent out within 1-7 days of purchase. all items are pre-made unless specifically marked as pre-order in the product description. pre-order items will include shipping times in the product description.

how can I track my order?

as soon as your order has been placed, we will send a confirmation email and follow up with a shipping notification and tracking number. please note that all tracking numbers take a moment to update.

what if i haven't received my package?

we are very sorry if you haven’t received your package within the expected delivery timeframe. we will investigate the matter and provide assistance in getting you your order so please reach out to our dedicated customer support team by using our contact form found above.

what if my package got lost?

normify is not responsible for any packages after they have been shipped out. if your package has been damaged in transit we suggest to reach out to the postal carrier to file a dispute.

all sales are final. we are an solo brand fulfilling orders with a small team so we ask that you please carefully commit to your purchase. measurements are listed on each product.

can i exchange my order for a different size?

if your order hasn't been shipped yet, we will gladly switch the size if its available. if your order has already been shipped unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
